Looking for a skilled native Italian Chef de Cuisine with good "hands on" culinary knowledge in the preparation of authentic Italian cuisne for our Marco Polo Restaurant & Lounge culinary operation, which includes purchasing, receiving, storage and product control up to the proper creation, planning and implementation of creative menus for the entire restaurant.

Assure smooth operation in all aspects of the culinary operation including SFSMS.

Coordinates with Service, Stewarding and Events team to facilitate excellent communication and ensure the realization of team established quality and service standards.


  • Minimum of 5 year experience in similar capacity and at least 2 years experience as Italian Chef de Cuisine
  • Experience working with a culturally diverse workforce
  • Proven ability to develop / improve business
  • Out-of-the-box Chef de Cuisine, should be able to create new concepts / implement new cuisines
  • Strong selling skills and able to adapt and adjust to local tastebuds
  • Ability to lead, engage, and motivate team, detect talent and develop talent
  • Displays initiative and creativity
