Main Areas of Responsibility :
Support new business process building up and transformation :
He / she will facilitate field plan consolidation process (from Field back to HQ), meaning to optimize the data input / collection protocol via understanding sales operation in the field.
Analyzing & sharing insight and learning :
functionally to further evolve the way of working to provide optimal field support in the future. It is to drive optimization initiatives to better capture commercial opportunities.
This role is responsible to the communication between HQ Marketing functions and functions in Field. This role is critical to facilitate the information synchronization among all involved functions, especially the potential tactical needs related to Field functions.
He / She will support coordinating all HQ information and convert it into the field teams in a field-centric way. He / she also needs to proactively manage cross-
functional stakeholders to ensure every project milestone is met.
General management :
Update the status to line manager.
Minimum Requirements :
Bachelor degree or above. Fluent speaking & writing in English and Mandarin.
1) 5+ years relevant experience in FMCG marketing, trade marketing, or sales functions.
2) Have cross-function team coordination experience.
3) Have good understanding to trade & retail practice and shopper behavior.
4) Good at number and detail orientated as well as using excel functions to manage & analyze business data.
5) Strong communication skill and analysis skill.
6) Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
7) Work independently on problem solving and turn it in to action plans.
8) Good writing, presentation and communication skills.
