Become the brand's technology evolution master and support the business growth through the effective use of technology for both market in Taiwan and Hong Kong
Combine digital platform and e-Commerce with new and in-trend technology for a better understanding and mixture of both domain know-how.
Manage and implement digital strategies such as Digital analysis,product engagement and CRM,
Focus in digital marketing implementation, including SEO, SEM, ATL, BTL, etc.
Manage and monitor strategy performances, ensuring the company and departments business direction are aligned and meets best practice.
Perform in business planning and operations for meeting new demands and capability needs.
Own relationships with brands and agencies; capture up-to-date and relevant market and technology trends, consumer insights, internal and external case studies to share and educate business and global / regional IT Digital Channels teams in Taiwan and Hong Kong.
Ensure Compliance and Security is considered and emphasized in all IT plans and actions
Promote IT as an enabler of growth and complexity reduction
This is an individual contributor role with no team management responsibility
Bachelor degree in computer science, engineering or any other related discipline. (Master degree preferred)
At least 6 years of digital marketing experience in any fields (FMCG / Retailing / E-Commerce companies preferred)
3 years experience in managing online retailing / home shopping / e-Commerce projects.
Familiar with Online marketing, SEO, Google Adwords, data analysis, media operation, etc.
Understand Taiwan and Hong Kong market status, know how to do digital analytics, e-Commerce and CRM.
Strong analytical and presentation skills with flexibility and passionate for personal and team growing.
Work experience in multi-national company and strong project management and experience in working with regional teams
Domain expertise in digital execution, Mobile, CRM, Product Catalog, Digital Asset management, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.
Native in Mandarin and fluent in English is a must. (No visa permit support)
