  • We are looking for candidates with an HR Business Partner background who are passionate about their work, possess strong interpersonal and project management skills, and have previous experience working in a engineering organization.

    This individual will work closely with business leaders to ensure HR programs and services support and drive Oath's business objectives.

    The role's focus will be : Engineering & Operation Teams.

    Responsibilities :

    Provides consultative support and guidance to managers on implementation / execution of HR Program.

    Guides and coaches managers on building high performing organizations, increasing leadership capabilities and organizational effectiveness.

    Helps to plan and facilitate different communications / team-building forums for client groups.

    Participates in HR projects, partners with cross functional HR orgs to resolve complex HR issue or to execute initiatives for organization / management needs.

    May support across business and countries.

    Personal Qualifications

    A commitment to quality and hands on approach.

    A strong sense of customer service, with good communication and interpersonal skill.

    Able to work in a fast-moving and challenging environment dealing with numerous people at different levels of the organization.

    Embrace and manage changes.

    With good business acumen that have sound judgment and the ability to understand the business and be able to provide insight.

    The incumbent should have 8+ years of progressive HR experience and can bring in expertise in multiple HR fields.

    Familiar with local employment law would be a plus

    High standards of personal integrity, ethics, honesty and discretion.
