nLead the TM recruitment team to develop long / short term plan to ensure meeting business needs of TM recruitment on all levels.
The team may include five recruitment staffs and external vendors.
nManage the development and execution of specific TMR hiring goals, recruitment strategies and tactics that respond to the strategic issues, competitive climate and business issues underlying internal client's needs.
nMonitor monthly expenses across centralized TM recruiting operations and collecting actual expenses from divisional recruiting contacts.
Perform cost recovery analysis to ensure all recruiting efforts are fully funded through customer service agreements or corporate tax.
nDevelop / Lead, modify, implement and manage recruiting methods, retention methods, employment programs, resources, processes and procedures in a compliant, efficient, timely and cost effective manner.
nConsult with hiring managers and compensation representatives to develop and extend appropriate offer packages.
nEffectively communication to all involved parties throughout the interview / hiring process.
n6 8 + year of staffing experience and / or agency recruitment role preferred.
nExcellent customer service, listening and verbal communication skills required.
nSuccessful consulting, negotiation and influencing skills.
nAbility to work effectively independently as well as in teams.
nFlexibility to meet varying customer needs and to juggle multiple priorities daily.
nIdeal candidate would speak Mandarin and have a good command of English, spoken and written, especially in presentation skills.
