General Purpose :
Ensure customer experience is at world class level.
Support territory Sales Executive(s) in maximizing revenue through consistent and relevant customer communication, on time product deliveries and customer incorporation of new products.
Provide administrative support to the Sales Executive(s) working in a customer-facing role to fulfill all customer requirements and expectations.
Ensure all efforts are expanded to meet / exceed customer product delivery expectations.
Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations :
Act as a first point of contact for customers with any queries or problems and ensure that customers receive quality pre and post sales service.
Manage daily processing of customer purchase order requests, backlog management, on time shipments and deliveries.
Validate sell through data and any relating price protection or credit note claims.
Initiate and follow through on all customer requests for quotes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in CRM database.
Execute orders and shipments based on delivery expectations following the company guidelines as well as meeting customer requirements.

Proactively engage assigned Sales Executive(s) and customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all departments.
Possess customer-centric skills and ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
