Objectives and Scope of Position :

The position is responsible for :

  • Developing and implementing HR projects aligned with global and local strategic priorities
  • Demonstrating strong business partnerships and co-work with People leaders & HRBP to ensure excellence delivery of HR strategies
  • Developing and coaching HR members to deliver HR key initiatives and maximize organization performance excellence
  • Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Lead HR CoE team in the design, implementation, and administration of Compensation & benefits, Learning & development, and Talent & succession management aligned with business strategy and in compliance with local labor law
  • Partner with leaders to identify organization needs and implement people projects to accelerate organizational effectiveness
  • Work closely with HRBP to ensure alignment and execution of defined HR initiatives and objectives for seamless implementation with the entire organization
  • Provide guiding principles on compensation & benefit design, which allow management to effectively attract, retain, and reward employees in line with pay-
  • for-performance philosophy.

  • Be the role model to coach and provide career development for HR team members
  • Act as trusted advisor to managers and employees.
