Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Country HR / COE to create / update Employment Terms and Conditions in accordance with statutory regulation
  • Appointed legal country HR responsibility and this role is restricted on the basis of business requirements
  • Supporting and coaching Mgrs. / EE's on application of HR Programs / Policies / Processes / Systems
  • Implement, coach and lead complex EE Separations
  • Partner and advise Managers on managing EE Relations issues.
  • Advise Mgrs. and EE's on Mobility programs provisions and requirements
  • Coach Mgrs. and EE's on Staffing processes, policies, programs
  • Provide information to Mgrs. / EEs with enquiry on resources avail for development needs
  • Review and forward payroll documents to payroll
  • Coach managers on Comp & Ben issues and redirect to Global Rewards as needed

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 4 - 7 Years of Experience
