Supporting and coaching Mgrs. / EE's on application of HR Programs / Policies / Processes / Systems
Implement, coach and lead complex EE Separations
Partner and advise Managers on managing EE Relations issues.
Advise Mgrs. and EE's on Mobility programs provisions and requirements
Coach Mgrs. and EE's on Staffing processes, policies, programs
Provide information to Mgrs. / EEs with enquiry on resources avail for development needs
Review and forward payroll documents to payroll
Coach managers on Comp & Ben issues and redirect to Global Rewards as needed
