National Sales Manager

Responsibilities :

  • Lead the regional sales team to achieve the company’s overall sales target
  • Drive sales growth and assist to build strong relationship with key account
  • Responsible for direct and indirect distributions management
  • Ensure the district’s field team is properly credentialed at all hospitals and has access / good standing to hospitals
  • Oversee district structure / organizational planning; identify qualified accounts and proper order of roll out with territory alignments
  • Manage annual operating in market sales quota, budgeting and forecasting
  • Ensure the field reports all product and procedure complaints to the appropriate departments
  • Develop, maintain and provide solutions for customer business needs
  • Develop sales representatives in support of achieving business objectives
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Science
  • 7+ years of medical sales experience
  • 3+ years of medical device sales management experience
  • Preference for sales in Surgical, or Anesthesia / ICU or Cath Lab or Interventional cardiology experience
  • Experience working in a matrix organization and ability to collaborate at various levels
  • Proven successful sales track record
  • Prior experience building and maintaining successful sales teams
  • Enjoy working with numbers and analyzing financial data
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
