A. Position Summary : This position is responsible for providing sales administration support to the sales teams. Activities include maintaining and monitoring rate filings, rate quotes, preparing sales presentation and reports, and promoting e-commerce activities.
B. Key Accountabilities : 1. Perform Support to Outside Sales Rep. (OSR) assigned. (2 reefer OSRs + 3 Dry OSRs) 2 . Maintain & Monitor rate filing for OSRs assigned 3 .
Provide & support selling (rate quotes / problem solving) if resourcing allows 4 . Handle to support sales presentation & reports preparation for sales / managers 5 .
Analyze customer data & generate business insight 6. Follow up assignments requesting from Corp SPE / CRM team
C. Requirements & Qualifications : 1. At least one year in shiping sales field or related trade commercial experience 2.
Knowledge of sales-related information technology and its applications 3. Continuous performance rated at meets expectations or above 4.
Demonstrated independence and self-management 5 . PC literacy (Word, Excel, Power Point) skills 6 . Good Command of English language skills (reading / writing / speaking)
