Reporting to the Regional MD, with a dotted line into the Global Chief Operations Officer (Pete East), you must keep both boards informed of the progress of agreed projects and activities, contributes to the Boards' decisions and directions, and is responsible for risk evaluation in all on-going projects.

To establish mid-term and long-term directions for the Operations teams in the region, in alignment with the Global Operations Board and the KWP Asia Board.
To cascade down the regional Operations vision and embed it in local Operations activities, contributing to local priorities.
To manage and support all Operations team leaders by providing guidance on the Operations vision, as well as support for implementation (planning, availability of technology, support in team management, etc.).
To maintain and enhance a network of support functions (Quality, Delivery, Panel Management and Data processing tools).
Partake in join client queries resolution meetings (internal and with client) when the end-to-end process expertise is required.
Transformation of the Operations teams in the region along three main aspects :
1. Digitalization of the collection methodologies (and management of the resulting changes in teams and skill-set)
2. Preparing to land Global activities (such as Prism) in Asia
3. Scaling-up / transformation of the panels in multiple countries
Success will be measured by Client Satisfaction Survey, KES / TRI*M survey results, Best Place to Work results, Internal & External Client satisfaction.
This position is responsible for taking a leading role in setting, driving and implementing the Global Operations strategy.
You must be able to demonstrate success in :
Leading Global Project management and Process Improvement : responsible for developing a methodology, approach and implementation plan for a consistent Global approach and framework for Project Management & Process Improvement.
Global Leadership of Operations Talent : collaborating with key stakeholders, identify and plan a future proofed and consistent approach to the Operations structures and roles across all regions.
Through understanding both the local and global needs of clients, identify the future skills requirements within Operations.
Following this, partner with HR to develop and launch a Global Ops development framework.
Driving innovation : to identify and deliver ways of working which will enable a global culture which enhances, effectively manages and drives innovation.
Demonstrable evidence in people management & employee engagement, overseeing management of all operations people issues.
Experienced in ownership of the Divisional people strategy.
