  • Oversee the daily operations of the Taipei office.
  • Lead an on-premise staff of up to 20 employees
  • Coordinate with the external CRM team to execute defined marketing plans
  • Monitor and champion the delivery of the established business KPIs.
  • Ensure the best customer experience is offered across all communication channels
  • Identify and institute opportunities for increased growth and innovation within the business unit
  • Coordinate with remote office on operational issues ex. contracts, new employees, bills etc.
  • Champion the marketing and acquisition of new customers to build our brand
  • Qualifications :

  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar position within an online casino brand in the Asian market
  • Proven experience in building leading, mentoring and managing teams for the Asian market (customer support, telemarketing, and Life Cycle Marketing)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge and proven experience with the Asian market
  • Willing to work during non-standard working hours to achieve the overall business objectives.
  • Organized with a focus on own task management with the ability to create the framework for others to work productively
  • Fluent in English (verbal / written)
