Support marketing activities such as trade shows, conferences and analyst presentations.
Ensuring company's business growth with the pace of expansion, managing client requests and inquiries.
Become the brand master, focusing on brand awareness boosting and new client poaching and maintenance.
Manage the high demand of engaging with clients, analyzing and designing business model.
Communicate with the world with database tool and knowledge, attract clients to get involved with the brand.
Minimum 8-10 or more years sales or sales management experience within software industry(Mediware / DBA).
Familiar in dealing with clients in FSI & Government.
Be responsible for understanding customer requirement and provide accurate business opportunity to company.
Ability to negotiate price, other concessions and terms and conditions, strong quantitative, analytical and conflict resolution abilities.
Work with support group to ensure customer satisfaction from post sales, such as installation and warranty support.
Communicate with as well as technical alliance with customers.
Good interpersonal skill on handling internal and external customers.
Manages and controls activities in multi-functional areas or sections.
Ensures appropriate operational planning is effectively executed to meet Corporate specifications.
Ability to resolve customer satisfaction issues, demonstrated leadership skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, ability to present to large and small audiences.
