Job description

In your new role you will :

  • Office facilities management - maintenance & repair coordination
  • Asset management - maintenance, repair, inventory take coordination
  • Office items, stationery & sundries management - purchase requisition, inventory control
  • Purchasing invoice matching and payment request
  • Office relocation / renovation project
  • Supporting site security matters
  • Back up - Receptionist
  • Back up - Customs Agent
  • Other ad-hoc administration works
  • Profile

    You are best equipped for this task if you have :

  • Team player and pleasant personality Good communication / negotiation / coordination skills Multinational company working experience preferred ISO related experience
  • Other Requirements :

    Computer skills : MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

    Language Skills : Fluent English incl. Reading / Writing / Speaking

    Work Experience : 2 Years in Office Administration WorksField Of Studies : Business Administration or relevant field
