Job Description :

  • Answer customer's inquiries and process further actions to satisfactorily fulfill customer's needs
  • Support and participate in business sales campaigns and achieve sales goal
  • Adhere to scheduling, attendance, and dress code
  • Handle customer issues and refer customers issues beyond delegated authority limits to officers for resolution
  • Contribute to the achievement of cost goals by following bank policies and procedures Request to have insurance certificate within 6 months after on-board
  • 回答客戶疑問並採取行動滿足客戶需求支持並參與公司銷售活動遵守排班, 出缺勤及服裝儀容要求尋求主管協助以解決超越職權之服務事項藉由遵守銀行的政策及程序, 致力完成公司成本目標需於到職六個月內取得人身壽險保險證照
  • Qualifications :

  • Strong communication, selling skills and interpersonal skills
  • Good service attitude and patient
  • Can work independently and under pressure
  • Responsible / Customer focused and initiative
  • Can take shift for 24-hour service and weekday / weekend rotation
  • Satisfactory typing skill
  • Insurance Certificate is a plus
  • Good English skill is a plus
