Agile Administrator

  • Liaison between business process owners, Product Data Management and IT Agile Administration resources.
  • Initiate and drive business process improvements related to Agile workflows.
  • Translate business process requests into specific Agile Admin requests that can be executed by the Agile Admin resources.
  • Review all Agile Admin change requests, including changes to system settings, data settings, lists, attributes, workflow configuration, criteria, user settings, roles / privileges, and process extensions.
  • Consult with the Agile Admin to determine best request implementation in order to minimize complexity, maximize efficiency and maintain standardization in the Agile database.
  • Develop test plans and conduct user acceptance testing.
  • Update department procedures and provide required training for Agile process changes.
  • Troubleshoot Agile and related business process issues as they occur.
  • Ensure that a holistic, consistent, and efficient approach is used in the management of the Agile database.
  • Sr. Eng. Change Analyst

  • Proactively drive Product Data Management part, BOM and documentation tasks to support successful product releases.
  • Write and process Agile Change Orders, Stop Orders, Deviations, etc. as required.
  • Create product BOMs based on input from Product Marketing and Engineering.
  • Assign part, assembly and document numbers.
  • Attend program team meetings to provide product BOM and Change Order status.
  • Review all Change Orders and documentation for completeness and conformance with NETGEAR process requirements.
  • Education and Experience Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years experience as an Engineering Change Analyst.
  • Thorough knowledge of configuration management concepts such as product hierarchy, rules of interchangeability, part number systems.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience using Agile PDM.
  • AA in business or technical field is desired.
