  • Job Description
  • Aggressively explore and actively develop new potential OEM (設備製造) customers and turn opportunities into business; maintain customer relationship and drive further business with existing customers in the OEM market
  • Co-work with HQ and RC Business Development Manager and Sales Manager to implement go to market strategy for PMA products (products belongs to the Production Machine Application Business Segment)
  • Establish market transparency, identify new sales opportunity in the OEM market
  • Responsible for application pre-sales in the general OEM market, i.e. branch application promotion and know how transfer from HQ on PMA products
  • Identify SI / partners as new PMA products sales channel
  • Sales channel development for PMA products (qualification, hands-on training etc.)
  • Keep track of key opportunities of PMA products in the OEM market
  • KPI of SSP :
  • Piece count and volume target of R251 products
  • Total volume target of PMA (R251) business
  • Amount of new opportunities created
  • Requirements :
  • Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • At least 5 years of working experience in related industry branches
  • Proven successful track record in name account development and turning opportunities into business, also product selling and promotion
  • Excellent sales skills in maintaining customer relationship with strong technical background
  • Good working attitude and teamwork
  • Good command in English and Mandarin Chinese, including writing and speaking
