Client Services Specialist

Your role

Are you detail oriented, even when multitasking? Do you know how to shine in a supporting role? We’re looking for someone like that to help us :

  • SME on the Ops Client Services area including client on boarding and client life cycle management
  • Manage the day to day production works in Ops Client Services team
  • Lead the team to implement the system enhancements, regulatory changes and new initiatives
  • Comply with the regulations, guidelines and SOP
  • Provide the support and advice for front and middle office staffs
  • Your team

    You’ll be working in the Client Services team of Taiwan Bank Group Ops

    You have

    Wealth experience of Ops Client Services and client on boarding in the financial industry

    Knowledgeable on the regulatory requirements of Client on boarding & KYC requirements

    Good organization and communication skills

    Good people management skills

    You are

    always professional (but you have the human touch)

    adaptable with strong interpersonal skills

    able to work under pressure
