Principal Objectives

Hold primary accountability for developing and implementing marketing programs on the assigned product portfolio

Accountabilities

  • Plan and execute designate product management, including pricing, COG,
  • monthly forecast, stock, sku management and product logistics related.

    Plan and execute designate category management. Develop product mix strategy, set sales target & action plans and monitor, measure the performance in order to ensure the optimal product portfolio

    Demonstrate excellent execution on project management

    Post-evaluate the marketing programs by set objectives

    Gauge, analyze, and trigger consumer behavior by CRM activities

    Control the assigned A&P budget

    Coordinate with sales / PR / education and logistics department on daily operation

    Education

    University graduate or above

    Work Experience

    5 years of relevant marketing experience preferably in prestige cosmetic industry

    Professional Skills

    Able to learn complicated matter in a fast moving path

    Strong analyzing capability

    Capability in translating consumer insights / marketing research / CRM analysis to marketing planning

    Effective communcation skills

    Effective planning and executive skills

    Proven ability to handle a multiple of projects and issues at one time

    Sense of purpose for assigned product portfolio

    Understand product catogory

    Language

    Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English
