Senior Brand Marketing Manager

  • Build and manage framework to identify and prioritize engaging strategies and campaigns across the country
  • Work closely with the Regional and the local team regarding campaign implementation, consumer and client insights, and product and service strategic plans
  • Input practical insights to set up the goal and plans for product and marketing
  • Design go-to-market planning for product campaigns and international launches
  • Utilize the knowledge of the current market, work closely with sales & operations team to analyze results and identify opportunities to improve consumer engagement and revenue
  • Co-work with local teams on marketing design, campaign briefs and reports
  • Requirements

  • 7-10 years experience in consumer product marketing initiatives with a track record of increasing sales or customer growth
  • Solid background of marketing expertise in FMCG and top tier Software company is strongly preferred
  • Bachelor degree in top tier university worldwide, majoring in business, finance, or any other related discipline (Master degree preferred)
  • Experienced in consumer related market with a mix of marketing tools including but not limited to digital marketing, Online-
  • to-offline marketing, BTL and creative product design

  • Knowledge of product management and business plan development
  • Knowledge of the digital and mobile app landscape across Taiwan
  • Ability to handle high pressure and fast pace working environment
  • Data driven, excited to drive marketing results via data implementation and analysis, passionate in consumer experiences and improve their experience
  • Native in Mandarin, and proficient in English is a must
