A Lot About You
As a talent ambassador, you are one of the main conduits between candidates and their future teams at Oath. You are instrumental in ensuring the quality of candidates' experiences throughout entire process and keep the process organized and actively maintain clear lines of communication with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
Also, through outreach programs, you’ll represent our company and work closely with Talent Acquisition team to drive key programs and initiatives to attract and hire the next wave of transformative talents with diversity at Oath.
Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, HR operation team and other counterparts to deliver an organized, engaging, and fun candidate experience for all potential candidates in APAC region.
Partner cross-functionally with Oath builders to facilitate internal process and outreach programs.
Develop and implement strategies for outreach programs to build candidate pipeline and align with business strategy.
Work independently to drive projects success and influence others to build a company brand talents love.
Support on sourcing and interview scheduling for critical positions based on business needs.
Be a team player to support other team members for HR related projects and administrative responsibilities with flexibility.
Bachelor degree or above in relevant majors such as Human Resources, Business Administration etc. preferred.
Minimum 1-2 years of HR related experience, preferably in recruiting related function.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
Proactive with good interpersonal skill and problem solving capability.
Proven ability to juggle multiple projects with cross-functional collaboration experience, excellent accuracy and attention to details.
Able to work in a fast-moving and challenging environment dealing with people in different levels of the organization. Experience in multinational company preferred.
